Millbank Tower hosts an evening of ping pong, burgers, booze and music, reports LondonTown.com
(TRAVPR.COM) UK - July 16th, 2013 - The Pop Up Ping Pong team return this July for another night of ping pong-based abandon. Having started out hosting parties in a disused pub in Kensington, PUPP then progressed to their temporary ping pong shack in Camden. Now, it has become quite the regular on the London events calendar and is ready to take things to new heights, literally. Back with the most enticing event yet, PUPP now presents a Party in the Sky on Saturday 20th July 2013.
Taking place at Skyloft - a New York style warehouse on the 29th floor of the Millbank Tower - the party will be set against the backdrop of striking panoramic central London views. There will be six ping pong tables and four beer pong tables, which have been adorned with the appropriate markings for an alcohol-fuelled game, and all tables will be available for unlimited play throughout the evening.
Further entertainment will come from screenings of ping pong films and animations. Plus, the evening's music soundtrack will be created by the guests - simply visit PUPP's Spotify account and add party tunes to the playlist. Ensuring all visitors have enough energy to see through the evening, resident slider company #BRGR will be in attendance, serving up their grass-fed Ginger Pig beef patties in golden brioche buns, and the legendary Momofuku Milk Bar's Crack Pie will be a tempting dessert option.
Entrance to the Pop Up Ping Pong Party is £7, which includes a complimentary cocktail, and bar prices start from £2.50.
