…blows. They don’t care about their customers. All they care about is how much money you have and how they can steal it legally. I recently received an overdraft fee from my bank because LVAC took out my monthly payment when I had insufficient funds. I called the LVAC corporate office wondering if it was possible to get this transaction reversed so I could get my overdraft fee voided and the representative I talked with said, “No, you signed the contract to have us take $22 out of your bank account monthly.” What a whore… she said it like I was supposed to know I couldn’t get a refund for this one time. If I had known this then I wouldn’t have called in the first place. Plus I told her, “I was wondering if I could get this transaction reversed.” She didn’t even say sorry for the inconvenience which I would’ve appreciated even knowing I had to take all of this up the ass. I could tell she was a bitch Hispanic lady too by the way she spoke to me and I’m not saying I don’t like Hispanic people. I’m just saying her accent and tone of voice just made that phone call very unpleasant to me and now I think of her as a bitch.
